Symmetric debuggingThe upper work roll can perform vertical lifting and lowering movements, while the positions of the two lower work rolls remain relatively unchanged.
Overall horizontal downward adjustment of the lower rollerThe upper work roll moves vertically up and down, while the lower work roll moves horizontally as a whole.

Performance characteristics:The W11TNC series marine plate rolling machine is mainly used for rolling circular arc plates such as ship shells and pressing groove shaped bulkheads. According to customer requirements, it can be designed as a symmetrical or asymmetrical three roll plate rolling machine. The upper part of the upper roll is equipped with a rigid beam, and there are multiple sets of rollers between the upper roll and the beam, as well as at the lower part of the lower roll, to improve the stiffness of the upper and lower rolls. The three rolls are fully driven.
